Tadashi Sasano, Chairman & CEO
After his banking career at Sanwa Bank, predecessor of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, Mr. Sasano assumed various executive positions at Chitose & Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1948 by his father.
Currently, Mr. Sasano heads Chitose Group as Chairman and CEO. The main subsidiaries are Chitose Shipping Co., Chitose & Co., Ltd.(Cosmo oil distributor) and CS Oil Co., Ltd., a joint venture company with Tokyo Electric Power Co.(TEPCO). He is also vice chairman at IAC International, Inc. as business development officer.
In the past he headed international subsidiaries which operated in China, Taiwan, Singapore, United States, and other countries as CEO of Chitose & Company International Corporation.
Mr. Sasano is a member of The Tokyo Club where he presently serves as a committee member. He is treasurer of the National Prayer Small Group of Japan which is an off-shoot of the American Presidential Prayer Breakfast held in Washington, D.C.
In the past, he was chairman of the All Japan Small Business Association which consists of about six thousand small to medium companies. Presently Mr. Sasano still is associated with many of these member corporations.

Seisuke Francis Kohno, Vice Chairman
For fifteen years following graduation from Malone University in Canton, Ohio, Mr. Kohno worked for TRW Automotive Worldwide in Cleveland, Ohio in various financial and strategic areas. Four years before leaving TRW, he was appointed to a member of the Executive office of TRW, Inc.
There Mr. Kohno acquired the IAC (Internal Audit and Consulting) methodology.
In 1985 Mr. Kohno joined Kibun Corporation of America where he was Executive Vice President and General Manager for the North American operations of Kibun Foods Inc. In 1987 until 1992 Mr. Kohno assumed the position as Special Advisor to the President at Kibun Foods Inc. in Ginza, Tokyo. Kibun Foods Inc. is one of Japan's largest fish processing companies in the world.
Mr. Kohno was invited to serve as Advisor at KPMG Global Management Directions Co., Ltd. from 2001 through 2004.
He was given a key to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in 2006 by the County Chief Executive as a symbolic gesture to create a working relationships with Allegheny County which includes Pittsburgh. In March 2005 in Tokyo, Kodansha published Mr. Kohno’s book, Turn Over IAC in Japanese as well as Cross functional IAC titled Datsu Shihon Koritsu Management published by Nikkei. Since then Mr. Kohno has been invited to lecture on his IAC methodology at companies and universities in Japan and at the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, U.S.A. In 2011, he was appointed as sole representative of Prosperity Southwest Wisconsin in Japan and Asia. Also Mr. Kohno is the founder, chairman at IAC International Inc.
