CHITOSE Inc. is an international energy transportation and distribution business. Our subsidiaries include Chitose Shipping Co., Ltd., which is engaged in maritime transport of petrochemical products, and Chitose & Co., Ltd., which is engaged in distribution of petroleum products.

CHITOSE, established in 1948, works with many partners within the energy industry including oil companies, lubricant manufacturers, petrochemical companies, electric power companies, steel companies, automobile companies, food companies and government agencies through our distribution and transportation business. CHITOSE Inc. is also engaged in the LNG industry.

Our sites are set on further international expansion. That is where we see vast opportunities to help our Japanese and foreign energy partners.
